This all began because of the little lady in the picture there, my darling Miss Evie. I lost her very suddenly, and as the years go on, I am realising how quickly time passes with our beloved companions.
I wanted to create a place that helps people slow down, make memories and enjoy the dog they have (whether they're sharing life with a Basenji or any other breed).
Basenji Diaries is a place for dog lovers who want to make the most of every moment together.

The one who came after Evie, healed my heart in ways I never thought possible, and somehow appointed herself Queen, Empress and High Commander of our home.
